"Feeling in way better shape and much stronger. Also more confident when doing the exercises, feels like I know how to lift correctly"

"I haven't done anything like that coming on 16 years. Was some shock to the system the very first night, but every week got easier, getting stronger and losing the belly each week, learnt a lot, coming out of retirement in my prime"

"After 5 weeks I have noticed the following:

-2kg weight drop

-Progress from standard push up to plyometric push up

-Have increased reps on all the exercises

-Have shaved 2 mins off a 5km run"
